This month, most of us prepare for big celebrations and the completion of yet another adventurous and satisfying year. Because of these upcoming festivities around Christmas and New Year’s Day we’d like to make you aware of our opening hours during the holidays.
Our offices in The Netherlands, Germany, UK and Belgium will have normal operational hours (08:30 to 17:00, support: 08:00 to 18:00h) over the Christmas period.
However, there will be no support or other services available, at:
24 December (Monday), after 16:00h
25 December (Tuesday), Christmas
26 December (Wednesday), Christmas
31 December (Monday), after 16:00h
1 January (Tuesday), New Year's Day
On the 25th and 26th of December and the 1st of January, when our offices are closed, orders or transactions will not be processed. We will resume operations on Thursday 27 December and the 2nd of January. When you intend to purchase services or products from inepro, please place an order at an earlier date and call us at +31 (0) 252 744 044 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Requests for support can be communicated at any time via Topdesk or you can of course always e-mail us your questions. The handling will take place on the days that the office is open.
