Inepro Software is being used with more than 8000 devices within the UK, with partners such as Konica Minolta UK, Ricoh UK, Xerox UK, Osbourne Technologies, HP and Samsung.

Inepro BV has supported these partners for nearly 8 years with both software and hardware. Clients from large universities, Police Constabularies, the NHS, primary and secondary education centres and public libraries are all encompassed within our software scope using our oldest selling items to full hosted managed cloud solutions.

Support and Sales UK clients and partners

As Inepro looks to offer local strategic development, Inepro BV has invested in Jon Booth and Andy Garratt as Sales and Technical Directors of Inepro UK, respectively. They will manage all aspects of support and sales for Inepro UK clients and partners. Furthermore, Jon and Andy will be managing all the work previously undertaken by Bruce Harvey-Lamar.

Unfortunately we have to inform you that Bruce Harvey-Larmar is moving away from Inepro at the end of 2017. We would like to thank Bruce for his hard work and dedication in the past year and we wish him all the best for his future career. His good work will be continued by Jon and Andy, who have a combined 30+ years’ experience in delivering and supporting both hardware and software.

Development of a new subscription

We at Inepro are always at the forefront of technology innovation, as seen with our omni card reader accepting multiple types of smart card as standard. However, now is the time for us to innovate procurement with the development of a new subscription or cost-per-copy service. Our strategy is to offer comprehensive solutions simply with no hidden costs and no complications; just good products and outstanding support. This exciting development includes:

  • Cloud-based solution.
  • A monthly cost per device with a simple 12-month contract (cancellable after 12 months with 30 days’ notice per device) or a pay as you use service which can be added directly to your cost per copy.
  • Multi-vender compliant (Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Xerox, HP and Samsung).
  • Proactive monitoring which gathers statistics and status information every 30 seconds and will alert and pro-actively action any potential issues.
  • 24/7 Critical Incident Support. We understand that not all businesses run 9 until 5 and sometimes things can go wrong. If a critical outage occurs out of hours, we will provide technical support whatever the time of day.
  • Enhanced Reporting with access to SQL Reporting Services. These reports are greatly enhanced providing access to dashboards and consolidated reports of performance, availability and through-put.
