Inepro's iBOS suite manages a number of modules for photocopying and printing, canteen management, access control, attendance registration and many smaller parts which together form a complete and extensive total concept. The user's card is the basis of each part and module. This card is the identification method which determines what will happen next.

If you started with one part of the iBOS suite you will have entered set data for each user. This data remains in use following an expansion to two or more modules. This saves work and means that the implementation of a new application or module entails very little change for your organisation.

The report module is extremely extensive and offers a variety of overviews. Using the query function in the SQL database will allow you to generate every kind of report imaginable.
