The Grade II-listed building recently opened after a major £48million restoration where historic features were restored and combined with cutting-edge 21st century technology.

Inepro is proud to have installed it’s DocuPRO library solution into a new purpose built library building in Birmingham UK. The project was concluded in association with Altodigital Networks Limited and leading ICT company Capita, who look after the IT infrastructure for Birmingham City Council.

Following the successful local installation of Inepro’s DocuPRO print accounting software and hardware payment terminals during 2012. Birmingham City Council and Capita have extended their public print solution within the Library of Birmingham to offer Inepro’s Cloud based mobile printing solution PrintMyDoc. The new hardware additions to the existing print & copy service includes five PTC release stations connected to dedicated Ricoh devices supplied by same as last time Altodigital Networks Limited. The print accounting software on this occasion is hosted by Inepro from their certified data centre within the Netherlands.

Wakefield Council

Following a tendering process in September 2010 through an OGC buying solutions contract for Managed Services, Wakefield Council have successfully implemented Inepro’s state of the art document print solution, DocuPRO across 10 identified key buildings. The solution provides for “Follow-me/you printing with the use of staff ID cards, utilising Mifare card technology to enable the secure release of all print jobs. The Councils corporate print solution allows a user to send their print job to a single print queue and then collect it from a Multi-Function device of their choice.

Norfolk Constabulary

UK based business partner Konica Minolta Business Solutions East Limited have provided the Norfolk police force with Multifunctional devices, card readers and DocuPRO print accounting software. The 5 year contract commenced in April 2010 and as the Force embarked upon the establishment of new Police Investigation Centres’ (PIC’s) in collaboration with Suffolk and Cambridgeshire constabularies. Additional Inepro hardware and software was procured to support the common print service.

Melton Borough Council

Inepro’s DocuPRO accounting software solution has been implemented in a Shared Managed Print Service covering three public sector organisations. This is a first shared Managed Print environment in the UK and Inepro is proud to have been involved.

Following a serious fire that destroyed their existing offices, Melton Borough Council built a new Parkside building where it has relocated its operations. In an effort to reduce costs, maximise efficiencies and improve public services, the Parkside building is serving a shared service resource to Melton Borough Council, Leicestershire NHS Trust and Leicestershire County Council for staff use, and very soon, Leicestershire Probation staff will also join the shared service.

Working in conjunction with UK based Konica Minolta East, Local Government - Leicestershire County Council has chosen to install “DocuPRO” the softwareaccounting solution developed by Inepro for its estate of over 100 print & copy devices. At the council’s main office buildings in County Hall, the complete solution provides for print & copy activities with the use of staff ID cards that enable secure release of jobs.
