At the 3rd of October, Business Park Nieuw-Vennep Zuid and the municipality of Haarlemmermeer presented The Guts Award for the second time. This concept is all about innovation and has been created to inspire entrepreneurs.
Because innovation often requires much diligence and perseverance, The Guts Award was presented to the organization with the greatest amount of courage.
The second edition of The Guts Award was a great success. The event attracted many local entrepreneurs. The jury, consisting of Karin Moerkerk of Innovations (jury chairman), Angeline Kierkels of Meerlanden, Age Vermeer of Dura Vermeer, Dick van Lent of Van Ship Shipyard, Thomas Hendriksen of Business Park Nieuw Vennep Zuid, Gerco Tolsma of MeerBusiness Haarlemmermeer & Schiphol and Ronald Zoet from ATN Security, finally selected Inepro as winner of The Guts Award 2017. The award was presented to Franc van Veen, Managing Director and Co van den Ham, Wright Manager / Sales Manager by jury chairman Karin Moerkerk.
In addition to the jury price, all attendees could cast their vote also. All participants held a 1.5-minute short pitch to convince the public of their distinctive and innovative ideas. The audience’s favourite turned out to be Intertraining. This award was presented by Elder Adam Elzakalai to Marloes Kempers, one of the directors of Intertraining.
